The Lookout is a 3 bedroom family-oriented luxury cabin that’s full of fun for all age ranges! Large floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to get outside and enjoy the surrounding private, forested area as well as the exciting outdoor attractions. Take the slide off the deck or swing on the cozy webbed seats of the timber-framed swing set. Indoor games include shuffleboard and a unique scavenger hunt showcasing all the charming things kids can see and play with at The Lookout: Two Nugget® fort-making couches in the third story loft, a reading nook with a secret peek-a-window into the bunk room, a pizzeria under the stairs, and so much more!

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. The weight of the dog cannot exceed 40lbs. Pet fee required.

Two master king suites with private bathrooms and patio access are just the respite the adults of the group are looking for! The second floor large bunk room overlooks the stunning open floor plan of the thoughtfully laid out living, dining, and kitchen areas. Families always feel connected to one another throughout the cabin while the two king suites serve as private hideaways for some much needed rest. The bunk room has two queen beds and two twin beds. An additional twin bed is located under the stair and a pull out twin size sleeper chair is in the loft, bringing the sleep count to 12 people. There is also a half bathroom downstairs connected to the open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The Lookout also offers cable TV with sports channels and kid’s entertainment. This home is equipped with a EV Level 2 plug. Please bring your own charging cable to plug into our EV outlet located in our circle driveway.

An attractive infinity hot tub on the back porch makes getting kids in and out as easy as can be. The sprawling deck features ample outdoor living furniture in both covered and uncovered sections with beautiful views of the forest from the high vantage point of The Lookout. Don’t forget to bring s’mores for roasting at the fire pit!

A Pack N Play, baby gate, and a medium sized dog crate are available in the master suite closet.

All linens, washer pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included with your stay, free WIFI, Televisions in every room indoor and out, full use of the property as well as down into the valley, and full access to the clubhouse & swimming pool is included with your stay.

The Lookout is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol. Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities. Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined roads and walking trails, including bridges that pass over the lake, as you make your way toward the resort-style amenities that make Pine Lake the premier vacation destination in Broken Bow.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Loved our stay at Lakeside Landing! Pine Lake Community was awesome-the community pool and clubhouse made everything so easy. We were able to rent fishing poles and buy bait right there. The stocked ponds were awesome. And the house had everything we were looking for-hot tub, shuffleboard, fire pit and separate floor for our teen boys. We will be coming back!

Unfortunately, there was a massive snowstorm that led to some essential highway closures. Rather than letting us figure that out on our own, management at Pine Lake Broken Bow reached out and let us know that visiting would be impossible and offered to reschedule us for another weekend. They even honored the off-season rate I initially paid. I think that speaks volumes to their values and mission, and I have so much respect for that. Romantic Pines is absolutely breathtaking. The cabin is gorgeous, the amenities are spectacular, and I felt so relaxed and comfortable during our stay. Troy, Michelle, and the young man from the clubhouse were so friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our weekend excellent. More than anything, I think the folks who run this place are truly good and wonderful people. I am touched by the service we received and I cannot recommend a stay here enough. While we loved the cabin, the warmth and kindness we experienced has earned Pine Lake two lifelong customers. I cannot wait to come back!

I noticed that the lock on one of the patio doors was broken and maintenance arrived immediately and repaired it. The cabin was amazing however, it would have been nice to know there were bats 🦇 that were in heavy rotation during the evening.  We were unable to use the hot tub due to the bats in the evening. It was very unnerving and annoying to have watch for bats during the evening to assure they only came so close. Also, the toilet in the bathroom with the patio (the 2nd one) not the main bedroom wasn’t leveled.  When you sit on that toilet it rocks. All in all it was a great experience!

The bunk room has toys and a Packman arcade that the boys loved. And this might be silly- but the beds were really comfortable.  Pine Lake gives your kids the freedom to roam and have good old fashioned fun.

It was immaculate, so cozy, the bed was so comfy and the morning view was to die for. They were so helpful in scheduling an in-cabin massage and recommending dinner reservations.
